This company is the best. My water heater had burst and water was everywhere. The dispatcher calmed me down and told me how to turn the water off and sent Diego out to help me. He was great too and replaced it that same day.

I had water leaking thru my ceiling on a Saturday. I called and was assured that I could get service and the plumber had the problem taken care of in just a few hours. The plumber who showed up was clean, friendly and told me what needed to be done in terms that I could understand. I will be calling them again.

I had a plumbing emergency at the exterior of my home. I spoke with Jill in the office and she was very courteous and informative. I was pleased that someone was able to respond to my house within a few hours and completed the job within a few more. I had also used Orange Coast Plumbing once before, to replace a kitchen faucet, It was in a difficult location, but the plumber was able to replace it in a reasonable amount of time. I hope I don’t have any more unexpected plumbing expenses. But if I do I will be calling them again and recommending them as a good plumbing company. Brenda at the office called a did a follow up customer care call which I also liked.

My water heater was leaking all over my garage. Toby came out and was able to replace it the same day at a fair price. He was clean friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and will be calling again.

Cody came out and cleared my backed up mainline. He was clean, polite and friendly. He also got here in a hurry and got it taken care of quickly.
